Rancho del Diablo Dormido Wedding: Hannah + Mark
May 13, 2012
Nestled in the hills of the Santa Monica Mountains is Rancho del Diablo Dormido; named after rock formations that resemble a giant sleeping bearded devil.
A beautiful festive day, I was delighted to be asked to officiate Hannah and Mark’s wedding ceremony. Photos by Eight20 Photography. Music by Leftover Cuties.
Marvimon Wedding: Jen + Moe
May 5, 2012
Jen and Moe celebrated their love by getting married at Marvimon. This site was originally built by an Italian race car driver in 1924 as one of LA’s first automobile showrooms. Marvimon is now a stand alone, super-loft open and featured a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan including a vertical garden courtyard. Marvimon is a sister site to SmogShoppe, which is equally beautiful. Marvimon is located at 1411 N. Broadway, Los Angeles, California 90012.

SmogShoppe Wedding: Christine + Matt
May 5, 2012
SmogShoppe is one of my absolute favorite locations in Los Angeles for weddings. Don’t be put off by the name. SmogShoppe is a the former La Cienega Auto Center and has been transformed receiving LEED Platinum certification. The site is eco-friendly and is a sister venue to Marvimon.
SmogShoppe is located at 2651 South La Cienega Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90034.
I could go on and on about SmogShoppe, but let me just share with you the beautiful photos from Christine and Matt’s wedding where I was honored to be their wedding officiant. Photos courtesy Wedding By Two.
Spanish Hills Wedding: Caitlin + Mike
May 4, 2012
I always get excited about weddings! Caitlin and Mike were a special couple. Their wedding took place at Spanish Hills Country Club. in Camarillo, California. This place is gorgeous. Just see the photos below by the amazing Charise. I often see some of the best in the industry and today was no exception. Not only did I get to work with Charise again, but Jason Jones of Elegant Event Entertainment was involved as their DJ. Can’t wait to see these pros again.
Malibou Lake Wedding: Christy + Adam
April 29, 2012
It was one of the most beautiful Spring days at the Malibou Lake Mountain Club in Agoura Hills. Today was Christy and Adam’s wedding ceremony.
I always recommend that the bride and groom hold off from seeing each other the day of until the ceremony. The emotions are raw and it is so amazing to watch the groom and bride see each other for the first time. Adam was nervous, but the look in his eyes when he saw his beautiful bride is reason I officiate weddings.
I am always asked why I marry people. My answer is simple: Marrying people is my form of meditation. Weddings are truly a happy occasion and I just love watching couples in love say, “I do.”

Malibu Wedding: Cara + Daniel
June 12, 2011
On Friday night I drove to The Sunset Restaurant in Malibu to perform the wedding ceremony of Cara and Daniel. I loved the theme of their wedding, which you can see from the photos I took. That delicious cake was from the Vanilla Bake Shop.
It is always special to watch the groom and bride look into each others’ eyes when they first see each other on their wedding day. The emotions are raw, true and capture the moment. I wish Cara and Daniel all the best!
Bridgeport Wedding: Donella + Giampiero
June 4, 2011
This afternoon I was fortunate to work alongside Janet Mejia of Luz Bella Occasions. She and her colleagues transformed an already beautiful clubhouse into a true wedding experience for Donella and Giampiero. I performed their wedding at the Bridgeport at Valencia. In a truly urban area, the clubhouse is surrounded by a lake with paddle boats. DJ Wonder from Music for All Occasions handled the music.
Descanso Gardens: Michelle + Hunter
May 29, 2011
It was a beautiful day at the Descanso Gardens in La Cañada Flintridge. A perfect setting at the Brody House, where Michelle and Hunter were married. Little bunnies roamed freely throughout the garden setting.
A quartet played in the background while I, Hunter (the groom) and the Groomsmen walked to the arch.
Just before Michelle (the bride) came out with her father, everyone turned and waited in excitement to catch a first glimpse of the bride. She was beautiful!
The ceremony went off without a hitch and wouldn’t have been flawless, without the help of Lauren Godsil from Lauren Godsil Event Planning.
Fullerton Wedding: Mindi + Greg
May 22, 2011
It was a beautiful day in Fullerton at this Estate Wedding. Mindi and Greg included their two small children in their Sand Ceremony. It was simply wonderful.
